Officials have released information on the suspect in a January homicide in Pontiac, with Crime Stoppers offering a reward for tips leading to his arrest.
Donte Geter, 28, faces charges of open murder and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony for the fatal shooting of Torey Ryder, 31. Ryder was found in an apartment in the 60 block of Surrey Lane on Jan.10 and pronounced dead at the scene. He had been shot multiple times. .
Anyone who has seen Geter recently or knows his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP. A reward of up to $2,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest.
