(KTTS News) — The Greene County Sheriff says a $16,000 reward is being offered to help solve an animal abuse case involving a dog.
The one-year-old blue healer mix was found last week near Fellows Lake.
She had burns to her body and zip ties around her legs.
She was taken to a veterinarian where she later died.
