A Maryland woman was shot to death inside her vehicle in Southeast D. C. on Tuesday, according to police. Brea Moon, 21, of District Heights, was pronounced dead at a local hospital after all life-saving efforts failed. At around 10:30 p. m. Tuesday, D.
