SKAMANIA COUNTY, Wash. – Deputies are looking for whoever shot and tortured two Rottweiler dogs at a campsite in Skamania County earlier this month, and PETA is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information in the case. Someone found the dogs, a male and female about 2 to 3 years old, on May 10 at a dispersed campsite off Forest Service 42 Road near Sunset Falls Campground, the Skamania County Sheriff’s Office said. The male died at the campsite.
