A man accused of firing a weapon at law enforcement officers in San Juan County is being sought by authorities. San Juan County Sheriff’s Office reports they, along with the FBI and Utah Highway Patrol, are investigating an incident that occurred on April 30 at the Mexican Hat 7-Eleven convenience store in Aneth. While investigating an incident, deputies say Cecil Vijil fired gunshots at law enforcement officers. No officers were injured in the shooting.
