The Newark Division of Fire announced a reward for information after repeated fires at the same location have been ruled arson. The fire department said it has battled fires at an unoccupied structure at 33 N. Buena Vista Street on May 4 and May 18. Both fires were ruled to be intentionally set. The Newark Division of Fire said there was evidence of homelessness and drug activity at the scene. The reward is up to $5,000 for any significant information about these fires.
