Crime Stoppers of Oregon in partnership with Portland Police Bureau is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest in the December 2019 unsolved homicide of 39-year-old Quincy Gill. Officers found Gill suffering from a gunshot wound when they responded to a reported shooting near Northeast Garfield Avenue and Northeast Fremont Street at around 9:15 p. m. on Dec. 11, 2019. Officers and other first responders performed life-saving efforts on Gill, but he died at the scene.
