PORTLAND, Ore. – Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward for information that helps identify a suspect in a July 2019 Portland sexual assault investigation. Portland police officers responded to the incident on July 5, 2019 at around 3:30 a. m. A woman in her 30s said she was sexually assaulted near Southwest 4th Avenue and Southwest Grant Street. Surveillance video in the area showed the suspect. He’s a white man in his 50s or 60s.
