Reward offered for tips on fugitive

A man accused of multiple offences, including human trafficking, is sought by police and a reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information on his whereabouts.

Greater Sudbury Police Service has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Emanuel Makonen Taitt, 35, after he failed to attend court on Nov. 19.

Taitt has serious charges before the courts that include human trafficking, drugs, assaults and sexual offences, according to a Crime Stoppers release. 

The fugitive is described as 6-foot-3 and 254 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be in Ontario.
