ATLANTA — A fire at an apartment complex in White County on April 29, has been ruled an arson, according toFire Investigators with the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner’s Office. Investigators disclosed the fire was intentionally set. The drywall had been busted creating a hole between the bathroom and bedroom area in the apartment.
