Daniel Benzor now finds himself back on the run after he failed to show up in court last week following an arrest for grand theft. Detectives say the 30 year old walked into a big box store in December and stole more than $1,300 in tools, after concealing them with large air filters, which he also failed to pay for. Using store surveillance and a facial recognition program, they were able to quickly identify Benzor, who spent several days behind bars for the theft. He was supposed to show up in court last Wednesday for a hearing, however instead he chose to ignore the court’s mandate. Over the years, he’s been busted 22 times in Lee and four in Collier for a long list of thefts, burglaries and the possession, sale and delivery of drugs. He is 5’7”, 150 pounds, with a tattoo of the phrase “Brown Pride” on his back and “Mexican” inked on his right arm. Benzor was last known to be hanging his hat in the Bonita Springs area. He was released three days later with the promise of showing up for his next court date, which he bailed on last week. Barrios is 5’8”, 160 pounds, and was last known to be living in the Pine Manor neighborhood of Fort Myers. Alexa DorbadNext up is a Collier County woman with a lengthy history of violent behavior and destructive decisions. Detectives are hoping your tips can help them track down Alexa Dorbad, who has been on the run since late December after violating terms of her state probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The victim said she got into a verbal altercation with Dorbad, who was berating her with a nasty collection of derogatory names. Dorbad then resorted to pulling out a large knife from the butcher block and threatening to kill the woman. Her out of control actions landed her in lock up for just over two months, after which she was placed on probation. To date, this 33 year old felon has been arrested 15 times in Collier for battery, drugs and domestic violence, coupled with six months in prison for charges out of Citrus County for the possession of MDMA. Dorbad is 5’8”, 260 pounds and was last known to be working as a home health aide, despite her violent past. Investigators believe she is likely moving back and forth between Fort Myers and Golden Gate Estates in hopes of avoiding her next inevitable trip back to jail. Joslyn FigueroaAlso on the run this week is a mom who not only encouraged two young teenage girls to get in a physical fight, but actually took part herself, injuring a 16 year old in the process. Joslyn Figueroa was initially arrested for inciting the fight between the girls at a Fort Myers youth entertainment spot. While outside of the business, the girls were arguing and Figueroa could be seen on cell phone video prodding one teen to attack the other. When things moved inside, Figueroa set her sights on a third teen, who she threw to the ground. At least two girls were seriously injured during the scuffle, with one sustaining a dislocated shoulder. The 38 year old mom was tossed in jail, charged with inciting a riot, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child abuse without great harm. She was placed on pre-trial diversion, and was due in court last week due to a violation, but instead of dealing with the consequences of her actions, Figueroa decided to bail. She is 5’1”, 200 pounds and upon her arrest, she will be held without bond. Fidel FletcherAnd last, but certainly not least, is a man accused of stabbing his wife to death in front of her two young children. Fidel Fletcher, known to some as Neil, has been evading detectives and the US Marshals since December 27th, when a murder warrant for his arrest was issued. In the days following the horrific slaying, investigators thought he may have fled Port Charlotte to Arcadia, where he was last seen riding a BMX bike. Now, they have expanded the search for Fletcher to include the Bradenton and Tampa area, though they’re willing to go anywhere it takes to bring him into custody. There are a couple different photos of Fletcher, who could be altering his appearance in hopes of flying under the radar. But one thing we know for sure is that he’ll come up for air at some point, and when he does, the Marshals will be waiting for him. There’s currently an $8,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
