South Toledo firearm store burglarized Friday

Police responded to the store before 7 a.m. Friday.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are investigating the burglary of a south Toledo firearm store Friday. 

According to a Toledo police report, officers responded to Triggered, a firearm store in the 1800 block of Eastgate Road, shortly before 7 a.m. for a report of a break-in. Police examined the store and determined entry had been made. 

Store employees confirmed to police no firearms had been taken, but ammunition had been stolen.

Police did not name any suspects, and said the investigation was ongoing.
