Trio Used Stolen Credit Cards At Walmart In Middle Island: Police

MIDDLE ISLAND, NY — Three men used stolen credit cards at Walmart in Middle Island on May 23, Suffolk police said.

The credit cards were stolen from vehicles in Ridge and Middle Island during the overnight hours of May 22 into May 23, and then they were used at the Middle Country Road location before the trio sped away in a waiting black sedan, according to police.

In images from surveillance video, the trio can be seen wearing dark-colored hoodies and masks covering their faces.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case, police said.

Anyone with information about the crime can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, a confidential police headline, by using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips.
