Clay Rodman has been missing for a decade

10 years ago Clay Rodman went missing at the Salvation Army near Butternut Street. Investigators say Rodman’s case remains open.

May of 2013 was the last time that anyone would have a conversation with Rodman. It is said by authorities that Rodman was battling alcohol addiction. Before he went missing, he was recovering from the disease at a local halfway house.

We reached out to Abilene Police Department for a statement regarding if this case was still open or not. Here’s what they had to say:

β€œIn speaking with our Missing Persons detectives, the case of Clay Rodman remains active. The last tip (2021) we received regarding his possible location here in the Abilene area, did not turn up anything. We continue to ask anyone who may have information regarding Clay Rodman, to contact the Abilene Police Dept. at (325) 673-8331. We remain in contact with his family regarding the case.”

Although the Rodman family believes that Clay Rodman died years ago, they are still on the search for his remains.

The Rodman family is still offering a cash reward for anyone who may have any information or tips.
