Police ask public for help in searching for missing central Toledo 13-year-old

According to a police report, Ny’onna Brewton was last seen wearing a shiny purple coat, black leggings and black Crocs.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are asking the public for help searching for missing 13-year-old Ny’onna Brewton who is missing out of central Toledo. 

In a Facebook post, Toledo police said Ny’onna was last seen in the 900 block of Hamilton Street in central Toledo at approximately 11:15 p.m. on Monday. She is 4’10”, 130 lbs and was last seen wearing a shiny purple coat, black leggings and black Crocs.

According to a police report, Ny’onna’s mother said she has run away before, but has always returned the same night. She also said due to a recent move to a new residence, Ny’onna is not familiar with the area. 

Police said they are investigating and have checked all leads with no results. Authorities asked anyone with information regarding Ny’onna’s whereabouts or location to call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. You may be eligible for a cash reward up to $5,000.
