Stafford Mills fire ruled arson; $5,000 reward offered

FALL RIVER — Fall River police said Monday the cause of fire at the Stafford Mills building this month was ruled an arson, and announced a $5,000 cash reward for information about the suspect. The fire started in a stack of about 200 plastic pallets outside the County Street building, according to the Fall River Fire Department, and heavily damaged a section of the mill occupied by clothing manufacturer S. $10,000 reward offered for information in stabbing death of Ryan Sorensen

WEST ALLIS — The West Allis Police Department announced on Monday, Jan. 27 a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the fatal stabbing of Ryan Sorensen of Onalaska. Sorensen was killed on Sept. 15 near 71st Street and Rogers Street — while walking in the area with friends. Officials said he was approached by two individuals on bicycles, and one of those individuals stabbed Sorensen during an altercation.
