$2,500 in Rewards Offered in Gun Theft Case at Kooskia Sporting Goods Store

KOOSKIA, ID – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the trade association for the firearms industry, announced a reward today for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the March 15 burglary of Tom Cat Sporting Goods at 618 E. Business, US-12, Kooskia, Idaho, in which three handguns were taken.

The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office and ATF are investigating the burglary, in which two suspects are seen on surveillance video kicking in the front door of the store.  The video clip has not yet been made available by law enforcement.  ATF is offering up to $1,250 and the NSSF is matching the reward for a total of up to a $2,500 reward.
