HIGHLAND COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A $15,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Madison Bell. The high school senior has been missing since May 17. Madison told her mother she was going to tanning appointment. Her car was found in a church parking lot. Her keys and cell phone were inside. Investigators put out a photo of a man they’d like to talk to and the car he may be in. Police haven’t said if they’ve received any valid tips.
