Convicted pimp pleads guilty to Olmsted County prostitution charge

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A convicted pimp is pleading guilty to being involved in prostitution in Olmsted County.

Larry Eddie Konah, 27 of Rush City, has pleaded guilty to receiving profits from prostitution.  Charges of engaging in sex trafficking, promoting prostitution, and inducing an individual into prostitution will likely be dropped when Konah is sentenced, which is scheduled for June 24.

The Rochester Police Department says Konah manipulated a woman into having sexual encounters with multiple men for money.  This allegedly took place between December 25, 2022, and January 7, 2023.  Investigators say Konah told the woman she could model for his brand but then persuaded her to have sex with other men and Konah would get the money.

Konah is serving a prison sentence for being convicted in Ramsey County of receiving profits from prostitution.  He is not expected to be released until March 2025.
