Lehigh Acres man on sexual offender probation for 10 years for lewd, lascivious behavior

A Lehigh Acres man found guilty of felony lewd and lascivious behavior involving a child younger than 12 will serve 10 years of sex offender probation.

Jesus Flores Jr., 33, was judged guilty after appearing before Lee County Judge Bruce J. Kyle, given credit for serving 247 days in Lee County Jail and placed on probation.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant, from March 2011 to March 2018, on one more more occasions, Flores engaged in sexual battery and lewd and lascivious behavior involving a child younger than 12.

The warrant also said on one more more occasions Flores engaged in sexual battery of a child younger than12 that he had custody over from March 2018 until June 2021.

Two other charges, sexual assault and sexual  battery, were listed as not prosecuted. The case was resolved March 28.

Flores was also ordered to attend and complete a sexual offender treatment program and was designated as a sexual offender. He must also pay $1,015 in charges, fees and court costs.
